EasyTether and MobiHand accounts

We've been receiving many emails from users asking what has happened to their MobiHand accounts and why they cannot generate new codes. We are developers, MobiHand is a reseller, MobiHand has been selling our apps and it is MobiHand who completely deleted users' accounts. Those of you who purchased our apps from MobiHand before September 2011 can email us your new phone's MEID to support(at)mobile-stream(dot)com and get your new codes for free.

Unfortunately, some customers are trying to hit the easiest target and blame us for MobiHand failures. Probably because MobiHand team simply does not respond. That's not good. Again, we are developer, we gave our apps to MobiHand to sell. We have no control over MobiHand website or over users' accounts. By the way, MobiHand purged our developer account as well, without any notice. MobiHand filed for bankruptcy and we, developers, were not even notified by MobiHand team about that. First they did not pay, then they declared bankruptcy purging all the statistics and failing to notify their developers.

People behind MobiHand who misappropriated EasyTether royalties for a year(!): David Schoenbach, Richard Wood, Adriano Chiaretta, Steve Howard, Sebastian Dijmarescu. When they needed money, they simply dipped into their bestselling developer's account. When a lawsuit was coming to an end, they filed for bankruptcy to get away with non-payment and subsequent unauthorized selling.

    Hey guys sorry to hear about Mobi bunch of crooks. Listen I received easy tether for blackberry for free and now it says to update and will not work. Is there anyway to get it running again its the only app that does what I want. I have searched all over for bluetooth pan to no avail for blackberry.     Good evening... I have sent an email to you via your directions stated above to get a new code for my PAID version of ET. I sent this email with the original receipt approx 72 hrs+ ago. I have yet to receive a response from the Support Team...not even an acknowledgement that it was received.... I will check my system again just in case I overlooked your reply. I truly love this product. Being a retired Sr Tech Analyst / Tech Support Call Center Creator myself - it would break my heart if the Support Group gave us the shaft like what happened to you.       WOOHOO! I am so very happy to say the problem was on my end. It was a slight overlook on my part going thru labeling spam emails...I accidentally hit yours.     One more thing, is the blackberry version license tied to the machine , or like iOS / Android, tied to iTunes / Play Store account?
    I'd more than one old Blackberry (pre-OS 7.1) machines, my plan is only keeping one of those in the long run. Selling the rest. that means a machine switch is possible sometimes in the future.

    EasyTether Tablet is free, it can be redownloaded onto your tablet for free from Google Play or Amazon.

    If you purchased EasyTether for your phone from Google or Amazon, you can redownload the full app there. It will be under "My Apps" section.

    If you bought an activation code from our website, it should be in your purchase confirmation email. If you cannot find it, email our support (support@mobile-stream.com)

    Currently, when I run Easy Tether on my new phone, I receive an "update the host-side software" next to the USB checkbox.
    Does this imply that suppliers, e.g. google, don't run distribute the latest Mobile Stream host software?
